A guaranteed after-sales service

We know that it is hard to strive for a customer and it is easy to loose a customer, we will track the whole course and report the situation to my client after the goods having been sent. We usually pay a return visit to our clients, including the quality, the package and the transportation and so on. We also pass on the information of our new products in time.

We will handle it at the first time if there are problems from client, and report it to client.

As to all the products with chip, we provide one year guarantee.

As to all the products without chip, we provide three months guarantee.

Within the period of warranty, we will instead new products free of charge if it was our duty.
